Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 10.4 lbs
My cat has an appointment at the vets tomorrow but I just wondered what could possibly be wrong with her... She eats very abnormal things such as paper, plants, soil, moss etc, she is very hungry at the minute and after you feed her she constantly wants more and more which is not like her, she has days where she sleeps from 10pm till 5pm the following day without eating/drinking/toileting, when you play with her for more than 5 mins she will lie on the floor and pant (she has a heart murmur)

Nutritional issues, metabolic disease and other underlying conditions could all cause the strange eating habits and hunger, and problems with the heart or lungs (as you mentioned) can definitely cause exercise intolerance and panting. It is a good idea that you're bringing her into the vet so she can have a complete exam. Your vet will also likely recommend bloodwork and some X-rays to help narrow down the possible issues.
