Hello, my dog has a sore on his face. About quarter of an inch in size. It's right by his mouth, all the hair fell out on it and when I squeezed it some cloudy blood came out.

Ouch, poor Wups! He could have injured himself leading to the sore. I would gently clean it with warm water and antiseptic soap, then have him seen by a vet. If the blood is cloudy, I would be concerned the sore is infected and he will need antibiotics to treat the infection. The vet is the only one who can prescribe them. Have him seen by a vet today if possible, but not as an emergency; otherwise, have him seen by a vet tomorrow.

Hi, it looks like he could have an infected bug bite or abscess. If bloody fluid came out it could be pus. This needs to be treated with an antiseptic solution like betadine, cleaning it around 3 times a day. Follow this with some triple antibiotic ointment. If it gets bigger, he may need oral antibiotics. Also make sure he isn't scratching at it or you may need to get a cone collar for him. Good luck, I hope this helps!
