He could have an upper respiratory infection, lower respiratory infection (pneumonia) or even something stuck in his throat. Since it has been 4 days already I would recommend getting Mocho seen by your vet for a proper exam of his mouth, throat and chest sounds to determine which is likely. If he does have an upper respiratory infection then antibiotics will be recommended to help clear up his infection. I hope Mocho is able to make a full and speedy recovery. best wishes and take care.

I'm sorry to hear Mocho isn't feeling well! Vomiting can be a symptom of a primary GI problem such as having eaten something spoiled, a GI obstruction, parasites, or pancreatitis.... or can be a secondary symptom of nearly any medical issue in the body such as liver disease, kidney disease, or any kind of infection. When the vomiting is very acute and has had a short duration, we sometimes recommend withholding food for several hours and trying bland food, as this can help with mild stomach upset - but in this case, if Mocho has been vomiting for 4 days now, he should absolutely go to the vet. Your vet will likely recommend bloodwork and x-rays to determine why Mocho's been vomiting, and will then be able to recommend appropriate medication to treat. I hope this helps!
