Should I worry about my old dog's enlarged nipples and testicular lump?

My dog is 16 years old he has enlarged nipples and what seems like a very large hard stone in his balls oh plus hair loss! I think he's old to muck around with? You? He eats well and dose not seem in pain he even runs! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 16 years and 6 months old | 15 lbs

My biggest concern for an intact older male dog with enlarged nipples and hair loss is a testicular tumor that is producing hormones. The hair loss could be from other things (a mite, a skin infection, etc). My recommendation is that Mickel see your Veterinarian to confirm and consider having him neutered.
