Aragorn's current skin lesions look most suspicious for a bacterial skin infection. These often occur as a result of itching from underlying allergies. You can try bathing the lesions with an antimicrobial shampoo a few times per week, but if the lesions persist or worsen, he will need to go back to his vet because he may need a course of antibiotics to manage this current issue. Make sure that Aragorn is receiving a high quality flea and tick preventative (such as Nexgard, Bravecto, or Advantix) regularly because flea issues can exacerbate allergies in many dogs. Some allergic dogs also benefit from either ongoing Apoquel treatment or allergy injections. I hope that all goes well!
