My 12-week-old puppies are healthy, but I never see their poop. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 14.5 lbs

New litter of Boston Ts. Have not seen them poop, but once. They are 12 wks ild, growing, eating, peeing, but never see poop. Maybe Mom is keeping them & area clean, but concerned. Pretty content, cuddly pups.

It is very common for a mother to eat the stools of her puppies to keep the area clean. As long as the puppies are growing well, eating normally and are not straining to poop I would not be concerned. If you are concerned try separating the puppies from the mother and watch for stool.
