Poor Snickers! Potential causes for a lesion containing blood include an infection, injury or tumor. Any of these things could also cause lethargy but I cannot make a good connection between that and blood in the urine. Given the blood in her urine, her lethargy and decreased appetite, I would recommend that you have her seen by your veterinarian again. I am concerned that there could be something serious going on such as a problem clotting the blood or systemic infection.
