Prince does look a little older in his pictures, but it is difficult to know for certain based on a picture alone. A veterinarian would likely be able to examined his teeth and give a better estimate of his age - at 5 months old I would expect his adult canine teeth to still be in the process of erupting. The diarrhea could be a sign of intestinal parasites or a food intolerance, and I would recommend seeing a veterinarian to address this issue especially if it has been going on for 9 days. Based on your picture he does not look too thin to me, but since he has a fluffy coat it is difficult to know without being able to feel for his ribs and really examine him.
