My dog won't eat, has stomach ache & watery poop while camping. Help!

Question

Hudson hasn't eaten his dog food in a couple of days and I'm camping. The water here is bad and made him have a stomach ache. He refuses to eat and when my mom tried to hand feed him he wouldn't. We are keeping him hydrated with bottled water now. His poop is just water. We are heading over to a store to get him some plain chicken and rice so he will eat something. Anything else we can do to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 5 months and 5 days old | 35 lbs

Aside from letting him rest and giving him plenty of the bottled water there is little else you can do for now. The only other thing would be to take him to the vet if it doesn't start to settle down.
