What does a green spot on my cat's tooth mean for its health?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 12 lbs

My 3-4 year old cat has a dark spot on his tooth in the photo it looks black but its more green in real life. Is this something bad?

Theo could have dental calculus/tartar or even a fracture of his enamel under the green area. I would have him checked out by your veterinarian and discuss if a dental cleaning is needed before this becomes any worse.
