Dog vomiting on road trip after eating old fries. What to do?

Please help. Anxious dog mommy here. We're traveling and our dog ate some say old fries. She started vomiting the next day while on the road. She is eating and drinking but she threw up again once we reached our hotel. Worried and can't afford to take her to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 45 lbs

I would recommend withholding food from Shelley for 12-24 hours to allow her stomach to settle. She is probably sick from a combination of eating the fries and some car sickness. If she is still vomiting after withholding her food then you will have to take her to the vet. The vet can give her some medication for nausea and fluids if she has become dehydrated.
