Is Miconazole cream is good to treat fungal infection between the paws ? It has Miconazole Nitrate IP 2% w/w in a cream base with Propylene Glycol IP q.s

Yes can be used but only supervision of your local veterinarian (which should have establish diagnosis first). If not working in 5-7 days a systemic or different treatment should be considered.
