Why is my senior chihuahua sneezing, shaking, and making strange sounds?

Hi I have a chihuahua whon is 13 yrs old. Over the last few weeks he has started sneezing. His whole body seems to shake and makes a weird noise. He often seems to do it when i come home or when i feed him. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 13 years and 1 month old
