My kittens had fipronil and a bath. When can I use Revolution?

Three 11 week old kittens received a dose split 3 ways of fipronil 4 days ago by previous owner. Found more live fleas today and gave them a bath witb dish soap. When can I give them kitten Revolution? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 lbs

I would not recommend using revolution for 3 more weeks. You can administer an oral capstan. This will kill all live fleas for 24 hours. Also, make sure you are treating the environment to help decrease and manage the life cycle
