Hi, if Storm is getting small scabs it is because the other puppies' teeth are very sharp. generally when they are this young it does not cause any problems or scars. these look more like white dots, which may be related to mange. Young puppies often get demodectic mange, which can be treated by a vet. I would watch for signs of hairloss and itching. If you do not see this, I would keep an eye on the spots and wait a little bit to see if they get better. If they seem to get worse, I would take him to a vet to have him tested for mange. Sneezing can be nothing or it can be a sign of an upper respiratory infection. If he continues to do it, watch for greenish nasal discharge and coughing. if you see this, take him to a vet for treatment for a respiratory infection. It is better to bring him sooner rather than later because if left untreated, can turn into pneumonia. Otherwise, dogs can sneeze occasionally just like people. Good luck, i hope this helps!
