My dog won't eat or drink, has a dry nose, and is just laying down. Why?

I don't know what's wrong with my dog he will not eat or drink anything and his nose is dry all he will do is lay down. Pet's info: Dog | Bloodhound | Male | 1 year and 8 months old | 95 lbs

Lee may have a viral infection or parasite burden causing him to be tired and lethargic. If he has vomiting or diarrhea he needs to go to the vet asap. Make sure that he is in a cool house with access to fresh water. If still not eating or drinking he needs to be evaluated by the vet to find out why.
