I found a sick baby fawn whose mother is dead. What should I do?

My daughter was playing in the backyard earlier this morning, we kept hearing moaning coming from under the porch. Jasper our 4 year old dog kept sniffing and the porch, so I went down and looked under to find a baby female fawn. My boyfriend brought it out and into the house to give it a checkup since he's a doctor. And not to long ago I went out to get the mail when I saw a dead female deer. Jason said it was most likely the mother. We don't know what to do with her. We think it's very sick? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 8 days old | 65 lbs

Search department of wildlife and fisheries for your area to find a certified wildlife rehabilitator. It is illegal in many states to rehab deer without special certification. This site may also help. https://www.nwrawildlife.org/ A vet ER in your area may be able to help as well. Call to see if they know wildlife contacts or treat wildlife. Good luck.
