Diarrhea is not uncommon in nursing females, offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2-5 days. After 2-5 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If the diarrhea does not resolve, take her to the vet to get treatment.

I recommend white rice and boiled chicken or scrambled eggs until the stool is normal. You can add a large spoonful of canned pumpkin for added fiber, and/or some yogurt to get some good bacteria back in the system. If the diarrhea continues more than another day, or if it is getting worse or she begins acting like she isn't feeling well, then I recommend she be seen by a veterinarian. Once the diarrhea has stopped, get her back on a puppy food so that she is getting all the calories and nutrients she needs for nursing. Keeping her on the rice and chicken for more than a day or two is not advised, especially since she is so little. She needs more calcium in her diet than that will provide to continue nursing.
