My dog drools through his nose when he sleeps. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 13 days old | 2 lbs

With Tucker being a shih Tzu, and their noses being so small, they can have a lot of respiratory issues. If he has a small amount of clear liquid coming from his nose, that's probably normal. But if there is color to it I would be more worried about an infection and would consult your veterinarian. Depending on how small his nostrils at there are surgical procedures to help widen them that may help him breathe better that can be done at the time of his neuter surgery.
