Why is my dog scratching, pulling fur, and bleeding from dry skin?

Misty has pulled all her fur out and is often scratching herself u ntil she bleeds. She has very dry skin. How can I treat this. I have fleed and wormed her so it is not this causing the problem. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed
