My dog has body sores. Is it mange, allergies, or skin infection?

My dog shi tzu/pomerinian has sores on her body. Googled it and looks like mange. What can I use to get rid of that.?

That distribution of lesions being circular is not a typical pattern for the mange. Allergies, ring worm, or a skin infection are possible causes of the hair loss and sores. A vet can do a skin scraping to check for mange mites to be sure and look for any external parasites or ringworm. From there can further discuss allergies and the cause whether food or environmental to help keep her skin under control. There is not much you can do at home unless you find out the cause first.
