My small dog is throwing up, not eating, and lethargic. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

Tink has thrown up a total of 4 times not interested in food will drink water if I bring it to her . She will get up and come if called she just seems like she would rather lay down and be cuddled . She doesn't seem like she's in pain any where's . Just throwing up and not her active self or won't eat or drink

If Tink is vomiting, I would not let her have any food or water as this may lead to more vomiting and quicken dehydration. Because she is so small it will take long for dehydration to set it. The lethargy and vomiting can be a sign of diet change, infection, pancreatitis, or even stress induced if there has been any changes. I would take her to the vet this evening to have some blood work done to find out the source of her sudden symptoms.
