My baby bunny got a bath with human body wash. Is this safe for her?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | 1 month and 9 days old

Yesterday I received a 5/6 week old bunny and I saw its feet were yellow and dirty so I decided to give it a bath. I had my brother look up what soap we could use and he said any soap. We ended up using my body wash and afterward I looked up if that was ok and I read that it could cause her stress because it's smelly and because it wasn't a qualified soap. We should've used shampoo instead and some human ones are toxic... How worried should I be about her?

If the bunny seems ok/is behaving normally today (normal appetite/energy/breathing) I wouldn't be worried about toxic effects but skin irritation could result if the wash was very perfumed. If the bunny wasn't too stressed by the bathing you could try washing her with a puppy/kitten shampoo from the pet store to remove any of the remnants of the body wash.
