My cat has food allergies. What treats are safe (no chicken/fish)?

Hello. I am currently feeding my 1 year old cat Royal Canin Selected Protein PR Dry Cat Food due to his food allergies. All is good and well with the food but I was wondering if anybody had suggestions for treats? He cannot have chicken or seafood of any sort. I've tried PureBites and he wouldn't touch them. Any brands of treats that you guys recommend? I am also open to making homemade treats if that's a good place to start. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 11.6 lbs
