Poor Boo Boo sounds very ill! He could be suffering from a severe GI illness, could have a foreign body, or could have parvovirus if he isn't fully vaccinated. It's quite serious he has been this sick for four to five days, and whenever a dog shows these symptoms for more than 24 hours, the dog has to see a vet immediately. Boo Boo needs to be taken to a vet now so his symptoms can be diagnosed and treated. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

It is very concerning that Marshall has been throwing up and having diarrhea for a couple of weeks now. It's especially concerning that he barely eats and won't drink much water. This tells me he is extremely sick, and he has to see a vet immediately. I would consider this a medical emergency. Throwing up for three days and not eating is very concerning and therefore you need to take Honey to an emergency room today. Throwing up can be caused by a food over sensitivity, eating something that does not agree with the dog, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, pancreatitis, the weather, food change, stress, etc. These need to be ruled out in order to find the cause and treat it.
