My dog has brownish, black blotchy patches that have developed on his belly and seems to be more uncomfortable, licking himself more than usual. I've treated him with natural remedies for allergies , like oatmeal. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 13 lbs
