My hamster has a tusk-like tooth. What should I do? Vet cost?

My hamster has developed a tooth coming out of his face to the side of his nose almost like a tusk. He seems to still be eating and drinking and his behavior hasn't seemed to change either. What should I do to help him and if he needs a vet about how much would it cost? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male
