Poor Angel! I am very concerned that he is very lethargic and I think he should be examined by a vet to determine why he is so lethargic. He could have an infection, parasite, pancreatitis, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, Cushing's disease, Addison's disease, etc. and a vet can run some lab-work to help diagnose. He may need fluids to prevent dehydration and other medications. Please call a vet and have him seen so treatment can be started. Hope he feels better soon.
