How to treat my dog's demodectic mange with affordable home remedies?

Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 17 days old | 44 lbs

My dog have demodectic mange and i want to treat it. But i dont know how. And i also want home remedies because of financial problems. Plesase help my dog. He is now 7months old. His breed is chow chow

It is hard to treat with that extent without seeing a vet. He would need a skin scraping to diagnose it. The best thing at home is a weekly bath in a shampoo that has benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient as this flushes the hair follicle. A vet can prescribe a monthly or once every 3 month medication to help get the mange under control if that is what they see
