My puppy seems to have injured her right elbow - she was wincing and limping for a few days and it got better for a few, but now the injury is back and seems to be bothering her more than before. She's still eating and playing, and the area that's hurting her isn't hot or noticeably swollen. Aside from keeping her quiet (to the extent that you can keep a puppy quiet) is anything else recommended? Icing the area? Any kind of pain management?

Poor Bowie. Pain medications can be prescribed by your vet, and may be indicated given that she is still limping. Icing is not typically recommended for chronic injuries. Continue to rest her as best you can and I think it would be a good idea to discuss pain medication with your vet. An x-ray may also be indicated to rule out a small fracture. I hope she feels better soon!
