My dog's lip is bright pink and won't eat after daycare. What's wrong?

The right upper lip on the side of our dogs mouth is bright pink and he didnt eat his dinner. He is 6 years old. GF took him to daycare for the day. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 70 lbs

This could be an allergic reaction or an infection. If he was around another dog there is a chance that he could have been snipped at by another dog as well. Since he didn't want to eat I would have your veterinarian check him out to ensure he doesn't need any medication like antibiotics, pain meds, or steroids. I hope this helps.
