My spayed dog won't stop licking her private area. What should I do?

Hi,my nearly 9 month old Westie bitch won't stop licking her "lady bits",this is clearly bothering her,has been on and off for a couple of weeks now. She was spayed at 6 months...any ideas ? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | spayed | 8 months and 24 days old

Bo is likely licking 'down there' either do to a urinary tract infection or allergies which can lead to a skin infection. I would recommend to take her in for urine testing and see what the doctor thinks. Medications will be prescribed to clear up whichever condition is causing the licking.
