How to help my dog's chronic upset stomach and vomiting with diet?

My Vet said Shelly has gastric problem and thus occasionally she develops an upset stomach and vomits. Can you please suggest me a remedy in a long run. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs

I would recommend putting Shelly on a low residue diet. This type of diet will be easier to digest than a typical diet and therefore not cause as much GI upset. I would recommend a prescription low residue diet. You can discuss this with your vet and he can make a good recommendation for a particular type/brand of food.
