My Shih Tzu won't poop or eat and is lethargic. What's happening?

why my shih tzu is hardly excreting? she doesn't have appetite also and she seems not very lively. what do you think is her disease?

Decreased appetite and lethargy can be caused by a number of things. Possibilities include pancreatits, gastroenteritis, foreign body ingestion, infection, toxin exposure, or other diseases such as liver or kidney disease. It is really hard to say which of these is most likely without doing a physical exam of Chichay and having a more in-depth discussion. Because she isn't feeling well, I recommend that you take her to a vet as soon as possible. Bloodwork and possibly abdominal x-rays would be a good place to start in ruling out some of the above possibilities.
