My pet has yeast dermatitis. Is it dangerous or expensive to treat?

Hi there. Yeast dermatitis as you are describing us an overgrowth of natural yeast found on the skin of all dogs normally. Some can be difficult to treat and often have an underlying issue like hypothyroidism that your dog would need bloodwork to check. It is relatively non dangerous unless dung handled by an immune compromised individual. Treatment is relatively cheap compared to other diseases and you can get medications through your regular veterinarian. Hope this helps! My best to you and Bunny!
