My pug puppy has diarrhea, yellow poop, and strains. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | 1 month and 2 days old | 2.4 lbs

she is a female pug and she is one month and two days old , she doesn't poop well she tries to poop with all energy but it doesn't poop well and her poop colour is light yellowish and she has little diarrhoea and she breathes fast i don't think that she need a vet checkup as she plays normally and she's active i give her yogurt to eat so please help me that should I give her some medicine and what food should I give her

Hi there. My first thought is that Pavi needs checked for internal parasites like coccidia that will change the color of their stool and cause then to strain. Second, feeding a good quality food for digestive health is key if your pup often has an upset tummy. Purina Pro Plan EN is a good one, or Hills Science Diet GI. Both are available in canned and dry foods. Some dogs do best when this is what they are fed exclusively. Another thing would be to have Pavi's anal glands checked so that this is not giving her any pain. Hope this helps!
