Yes, it is. The fumes from the moth balls can be very irritating to the nose, eyes, and lungs. Dogs who are around mothball fumes may develop red, runny eyes, a runny nose, sneezing, and/or coughing. I would not expose Lexi to moth balls. I hope this helps!
