Why is my dog whining, crying, and stretching like he's in pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 8 months old

Please help i don't know why my dog keeps whining and crying and holds the stretching position from time to time. He also seems a bit more upset than his normal happy self

Caddy looks really uncomfortable in the photos. It sounds like there is a source of pain, judging from the photos, thid could be pain in the abdomen or in the back or legs. It may also be something simple like full anal glands. I would give him an hour or so to see if he settles in case its just a gassy tummy, but if he doesnt I would take him in for an examination.
