My dog has a red, flaky rash after grooming. Shampoo or clippers?

Hello, my goldendoodle was groomed yesterday. Afterwards I noticed a flaky red rash on his stomach. Didn't notice it before could it be reaction to shampoo she used or clippers?

It can be a reaction to the sprays or shampoos they use or it could have been there and the clippers irritated it and made it a little worse. It does appear to be a little infection from the skin peeling back around the edges. It is best to get Ollie treated by a vet but nothing that is am emergency
