Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female
Our neighbours cat has recently started coming into our house, we know that it is an older cat and that it may be a female (not positive), we have been giving her water and she seems to drink and sleep a lot, she also sneezes quite often. As the cat is older i think she should see a vet but our neighbour cant seem to afford it. Looking for any advice on how to offer the cat medical help when it is not our cat and we don't know his/her history.

You should check with your local laws but typically you cannot authorize care for a pet that is legally still owned by someone else out there written or express permission. You could talk to your neighbor about allowing you to take ownership over Furbie in order to get medical care. If you feel Furbie is being neglected or suffering and I recommend contacting your local animal control to discuss options.
