Why does my cat have recurring mouth pain, swelling, and fur loss?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 10 months old

Hello,my cat has problem that is repeated time to time, he stops eating from pain on his lower mouth,inside and outside, can't chew and feel hard pain when these parts be touched,his chin is slightly swollen,also often at the same time with that problem he has his fur fallen on the troat and behind the ear,he is checked and is free from endo and ektoparasites,also doesn't have fungal disease,is it possible that to be allergy or bacterial infection,what can cause it,what else it can be? Thanks

It's possible that it could be an allergy or infection. Additional causes could be an underlying viral illness that is coming back in times of stress or at regular intervals. Tooth abscesses may also cause pain in the mouth and jaw, as well as swelling. It would be best to have some more tests done by your vet next time it occurs, such as a dental X-ray, bloodwork, or sample of the affected area taken for testing. This may help you and your vet figure out what the underlying cause is.
