I feel like when we take our 9 week old puppy outside after she has an accident she views it as a reward because she loves to play outside... thought? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 2 days old | 3 lbs

No. Willow is still a baby and just needs to go out frequently. She will get better at holding it as time goes by. When she does potty outside you can give her a treat to encourage her to keep going outside! Hope this helps!
