Why is my Airedale terrier's skin around mouth and nose turning pink?

Pet's info: Dog | Airedale Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 12.7 lbs

Hi I have an Airedale terrier one years old I have just noticed around his mouth and knows that his skin has gone light pink doesn't look sore just discoloured should I worry about anything ?

This could be a normal color change. However if it becomes very red, raw, ulcerated or crusted it could indicate an autoimmune disease or infection and then Duke needs to be examined by his veterinarian.
