My pregnant dog has upset stomach, won't eat. What can I feed her?

My Dog is 4 weeks pregnant, and has tummy upset. She doen't want to eat her kibble, or meat she only wants to eat peas. She must have a grain free diet. I gave her a meat paste that gives her all the nutrients she needs for her pups daily. It's a stuggle to get her to eat a cup of food a day. Is their anything else I can feed her. Thanks. I would recommend trying boiled chicken and white rice. However if she will not eat it could be a sign of an issue with her pregnancy. The uterus and fetus can become infected and cause severe anorexia I would make sure you are weighing her every few days to make sure she is not loosing weight if she continues to. It eat or looses weight I recommend taking her to a veterinarian for evaluation.
