Why is my bird wheezing, has discharge, and feathers changing color?

Hey, my rainbow lorikeet seems to be breathing heavily, sounds like wheezing and he has clear nose discharge on nose. Also recently his feathers have been changing colors. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

She may be developing a respiratory infection. This could be bacterial, viral or due to air sac mites. Have Caesar examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian veterinarian to diagnose infection and to dispense medication if indicated. Feathers may change color when wet, before a molt or due to nutritional deficiency.
