My boxer has a large flat bump under her chin that I'm concerned about & its bleeding & when i clean it I get a black brown crust off. She also has black crust around her ears on outside on edge of ear flaps. What is this?

Cocoa could have a mild infection like bacteria or yeast causing these lesions as well as allergies. Sometimes medicated pet wipes help but if they don't clear up within a day or two she may need prescription strength medication from your veterinarian.
