Why does my sick dog's stomach look distended and feel hard?

My dog has been sick for 3 weeks now. She hasn't been eating much and before the vet visits she was throwing up everything we gave her. We've taken her multiple vets in the past 2 weeks. They have given her medicine but Is her stomach supposed to look like this when she lays down? You can literally feel everything like her stomach and what not. Shes been drinking her fluids but we've recently had to put her on a liquid food diet too. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 22 days old | 20 lbs

Hi there. This does look a bit odd. Have your veterinarians done any x rays or bloodwork? If Sophie is not spayed and has been sick for a while I would be very concerned with a pyometra (uterine infection) with how distended that abdomen looks. If that's the case-this is an emergency and needs to be looked at right away. I hope this helps!
