My cat has diarrhea, swollen nipples, and a red area when pooping.

During a snow storm of 2015 a local dog had found a faral stray kitten outside in my shed and bit it near the rear i rescued her and shes been walking and meowing ever since . She had two litter of kittens and i think she may have rectum prolapse but the colon is not extruding ; only when she poops it looks like a red layer of skin is coming out but its no bigger than centimeater n a half , her urin stinks and she has  explosive diarrhea from time to time , her nippples are also swollen even kno

I would recommend that you have Princess seen by your veterinarian. A rectal prolapse may need surgical correction and will get worse with time, if left untreated. Diarrhea can exacerbate a prolapse. An infection with a parasite called coccidia can cause diarrhea and causes enough irritation in some pets to cause a prolapse. Your veterinarian may recommend checking a stool sample to see if this is part of the problem. I would also recommend that you have Princess spayed to prevent future litters of kittens. Unspayed female cats are at higher risk for developing mammary cancer later in life and uterine infections.
