Why is the sore on my Yorkie's nose getting bigger? What is it?

My yorkie has this sore on her nose that looks like it is getting bigger, what could it be?

Poor Nylah! Based on its appearance, I would be concerned that this may be a skin growth or tumor of some kind - especially if it has been there for a quite a while, and is getting larger. Other possibilities would include a localized inflammatory reaction due to an insect bite or sting, a bacterial infection, or some type of cyst. I would recommend taking Nylah to the vet to have this checked when you are able to. He/she can do a simple test called a fine needle aspirate to find out what the lump is, and will advise you on whether it needs to be surgically removed depending on the results.
