Bloody diarrhea is serious, and our dog could be suffering from hemorrhagic gastroenteritis caused by eating the raw meat. When a dog has bloody diarrhea, it's always recommended to take them into a vet right away. She needs medical treatment for her symptoms, so please take her into an ER vet now. If you don't have one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet can be found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
